Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across many roles in the dental field, including working in the HR Grievance Department at Delta Dental of California, serving as an office manager, back office manager, and everything in between.
Her mission has always been to provide both doctors and their teams with a personalized, hands-on experience that ensures they feel supported and heard. Sandra’s expertise spans general dentistry, pediatrics, orthodontics, periodontics, and aesthetic spa practices. She specializes in back office team development and individualized consulting, taking a holistic approach that not only strengthens team performance but also drives measurable business growth.
