Erich Larsen, Director of Operations
In his new position, Erich works to improve efficiency and create processes to support the overall strategy of the organization. His organized approach to managing day-to-day affairs ensures that everything runs as it should. He also leads our communications efforts including the website, magazine, email blasts and social media strategy. In 2024, Erich’s major project will be the realization of our first Bay Area Dental Expo, a 2-day conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center focused on innovation. Megan Duncan, Deputy Director of Events and Membership
Most of our long-time members know Megan. She’s been an SCCDS team member for 20 years! Her work behind the scenes shapes our events. Megan’s quiet creativity and attention to member engagement form the foundation of our gatherings. Her skill at planning and executing events might seem effortless, but it’s her careful consideration of every detail that makes them memorable.
Katie Lam: Deputy Director of Finance
