Spring was in full bloom at the April General Membership Meeting last week 🌷
Attendees were welcomed at the check-in table by our friendly volunteers, Leonie Smik and Vishakha Verma. A delicious spread from House of Falafel kept everyone fueled, while cheerful Easter and spring-themed décor added a festive touch.
Attendees enjoyed an engaging and forward-thinking presentation by Dr. Jenny Apekian, who brought 3D digital workflows to life with practical insights and real-world applications. Her dynamic approach left guests inspired by how emerging tools and technology can change the lives of patients and contribute to dentists’ sense of professional and personal fulfillment.
The excitement peaked with a special raffle drawing for a state-of-the-art Runyes intraoral scanner valued at over $6,000. A special thank you to Nextsum for your partnership in this exciting prize! Congratulations to our grand prize winner, Dr. Maung Thaw! However, the fun wasn’t over yet. As the prize from last month’s drawing went unclaimed, a special second drawing was held and Dr. Pedrom Mashaw received the second prize, $300 in Visa Gift Cards. It was a night of connection, celebration, and cutting-edge education that attendees won’t soon forget.
