On Sunday, September 27th, SCCDS welcomed our newest members at a special New Member Dinner held at the SCCDS Office. The evening was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our growing dental community, connect with fellow members, and introduce new members to the Society in a relaxed and festive setting.
Guests enjoyed an evening of live Hawaiian music and dance by musical artists Haopinaka, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event. The celebration continued with a delicious Hawaiian BBQ catered by Olioli Hawaiian, giving everyone the chance to enjoy great food while getting to know one another.
A short speaking program highlighted the evening, with SCCDS Leaders offering a warm welcome and reminding our attendees of the many benefits and opportunities that come with membership. We were also honored to hear from the President of the California Dental Association, Dr. Robert Hanlon, who joined us in offering welcoming wishes and inviting members to interface with leadership.
