March 2026 General Membership Meeting Recap

Our March General Membership Meeting brought members together for an evening of learning, camaraderie, and a bit of St. Patrick’s Day fun ☘️

The educational portion of the meeting featured an engaging course by Dr. Patrick Roetzer on composite materials and techniques. Dr. Roetzer walked attendees through practical approaches to achieving strong, aesthetic restorations, including honest insights into the pros and cons of popular products on the market today. Through partnership with Zest Dental Solutions, Dr. Roetzer was also able to provide a hands-on demonstration, giving members the opportunity to see the techniques in action and try out several of the materials discussed during the lecture.

In the spirit of the season, members took part in our “Feeling Lucky” prize event. Members opened mystery gift boxes containing festive treats. A lucky few members received special prizes, including composite tools and supplies generously donated by our speaker. However, much like the elusive leprechaun, our Pot of Gold winner disappeared before they could claim their prize! If you received a box containing the message “Congratulations, you found the Pot of Gold!” please send a picture of your prize slip to info@sccds.org to claim your prize. If the prize is not claimed by April 8th, it will be added to the prizes being given away at the April General Membership Meeting.”
