Bylaws Townhall For SCCDS Members- 11/1/22

Members are invited to a virtual “Town Hall” meeting Tuesday, November 1 at 6 pm via Zoom to ask questions about the proposed SCCDS Bylaws changes that will be presented for member ratification at the November 10 general membership meeting.

Mark Alcorn, an attorney whose practice is limited to association and not-for-profit organization law, will be on hand to answer questions as will members of the SCCDS Bylaws and Governance Policies Review Committee.
