It is always challenging with congenitally compromised dental condition. this is a story of a girl who has genetically severely compromised dentition. we’ve spent over 5 years of clinical treatments and over 12 years of long term follow up documentation. This presentation will address how we’ve approached this specific compromised dental condition and made an unique treatment plan including implant options. Both surgical and prosthetic technique for complicated full mouth implant rehabilitation case will be covered.

Dr. Yoshihiro Goto is a full-time clinical dentist and also the clinical assistant professor of both USC School of dentistry, California and University of Washington School of dentistry, Washington. He graduated Nihon University School of dentistry in Tokyo, Japan and earned his
Japanese dental degree. He then completed and received his US dental degree from the USC School of dentistry, California. Following this, Dr. Goto earned a Master of Science degree and a certificate in prosthodontics at the University of Washington, Graduate Prosthodontics program in Seattle, Washington.
His expertise is Fixed and removable oral rehabilitation, dental implants, esthetic dentistry and treatment planning of complicated implant treatment. He has also collaborated with multiple other dental, medical specialists and coordinates the whole treatment.
Dr.Goto is an active member of American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and several other professional dental organizations. He has also served as program chairman of a dental implant organization, the Osseointegration study club of Southern California. Dr.Goto has published over 25 scientific research and clinical articles and a chapter in a textbook on the field of Implant and prosthetic dentistry. He is also actively providing
lectures nationally and internationally to practicing dentists for continuing education with current topics in dentistry.
Dr. Goto maintains private practice, Brentwood Dental Center in Los Angeles, California.
