Speaker: Dr. Ram Vaderhobli
Biography:
Dr. Ram M. Vaderhobli is a full-time faculty member at the UCSF School of Dentistry, where he moved after completing his AEGD residency training at the Eastman Institute of Oral Health at the University of Rochester. He is the Dental Director for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program, as well as the Clinical Director for the CAD/CAM program. He gives continuing dental education lectures on the clinical use of dental materials, CAD/CAM dentistry, and lasers in dentistry, and is a clinical materials evaluator for dental companies. He is a recipient of the Arthur C. Dugoni California Faculty Award, and has received numerous awards over the years from graduating classes in recognition of his clinical teaching. He was recently was recognized by the American College of Dentists with a Distinguished Faculty Award. His practice is based on application of a conservative evidence-based preventive treatment approach.
