The methodologies introduced in this course can be translated to all operational areas of a dental practice. These methodologies include SMART goals, SWOT analysis, and a bottom-up approach to strategy development focused on people, process and systems. All of these concepts are then put into context using 3 different case studies in the practice of various sizes and dynamics.
