Introduction to Dental Assisting: Sterilization Technician

This course will introduce the student to the dental field with the tools, terminology, techniques and will prepare them to perform sterilization duties that meet infection control standards for California. This fun and hands-on (in operatory) class is perfect for anyone wanting to enter the dental field or is just curious about what might be required. This course will familiarize a new person with the dental office and get them ready to sterilize tools – the first duty of a dental assistant.
