has been working in the dental field for over 16 years and consulting in the Bay Area privately since 2010. Prior to his time in the dental
field, Domenic worked for several Fortune 500 companies. During his time in the corporate world, he received training in many leadership and time management
programs such as Six Sigma, Franklin Covey, etc.
In 2003, Domenic received a call from his personal dentist asking if he wanted to manage his practice, which he accepted. During his time in the office, they doubled collections, became completely fee for service, built out a brand new facility with space for teaching, and had the opportunity to travel around the world for dental trade shows and training. Upon entering the dental consulting field, Domenic brought his hands-on approach from his previous dental experiences to his coaching business. His passion and dedication for motivating others drives him to spend the attention and time necessary to help doctors achieve success.
Adele Reische is the Director of Member Relations with SCN, and is also a graduate of The Consulting U, a master’s training and continuing education program specifically for dental practice management consultants. Adele is an active member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, American Association of Dental Office Management – AADOM, as well as a Certified Consultant in Employment Law and is the Director of Provider Affiliations with Allana Smiles Foundation – Making a Difference with Dentistry
