With its gorgeously landscaped grounds and sleek, functional interior design, the SCCDS Office and Conference Center is the ideal location for your next study club or meeting.  Our unique building amenities include state-of-the-art audio/visual technology, an 80” Sharp LED television, comfortable furnishings and kitchen facilities for catered meals.

Members can rent any or all of our three spaces at very competitive prices.  All prices include a facility attendant, unlimited high-speed internet usage and free parking.

When planning your next meeting, class or get-together, remember: the SCCDS Office and Conference Center is the perfect place!

The SCCDS Members’ Lounge

The Members’ Lounge

Elegant and cozy, the Members’ Lounge is an excellent choice for small gatherings.  Gather around our 80” television screen for presentations, remote meetings or even the latest sports event!  The rich wood tables and plush leather chairs can be arranged to accommodate staff meetings, or broken up for more intimate groupings of 4 per table.

Conference Room

Our spacious and professional Conference Room is designed to accommodate events for up to 68 people.  With the divider in place, each room can support up to 36 people. Be sure to use our projection screen and A/V system to take your presentations to the next level!
