He earned his DDS and PhD from the University of Ferrara in Italy and completed his periodontal training at the University of Southern California\, Los Angeles. His research focuses on periodontal and mucogingival surgery\, dental implants\, immediate loading\, and digital workflows in implant dentistry. He has published extensively in both national and international journals. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training for EMPLOYEES and EMPLOYERS/MANAGERS
DESCRIPTION:NEW BENEFIT! FREE FOR MEMBER DENTISTS! \nSince January 1\, 2021\, California businesses with five (5) or more employees MUST provide harassment prevention training every two (2) years. Employees are required to have 1 hour of training within six (6) months of hire. In this instructor-led session\, attendees will engage in discussions on all forms of sexual harassment (verbal\, visual\, and physical). Other types of prohibited harassment\, discrimination\, retaliation\, and abusive conduct will also be covered in an interactive format. \nAttendees will learn how to recognize problems and their responsibility in the prevention of harassment\, discrimination\, retaliation\, and abusive conduct. Topics include reporting\, bystander intervention as well as practical tips on how to stay out of trouble and keep the workplace harassment-free. \nThis course will be held online via Zoom. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He earned his master’s and PhD degrees from the State of Sao Paulo University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on innovative applications of data science\, artificial intelligence tools\, and advanced 3D imaging assessments. He collaborates with prestigious institutions such as the University of Michigan and the University of North Carolina on NIH-funded projects. In his clinical teaching\, Dr. Bianchi employs evidence-based approaches and a wide range of treatment techniques\, including segmented mechanics\, aligner therapy\, straight-wire methods\, TADs\, 3D printed appliances\, and orthopedic appliances. \n
